But what keeps people coming back for more, despite the fact that it can physically make them sick? How to cure yourself without stopping the use of social media? The McLean medical SCHOOL gives some answers and warnings regarding media usage. Moreover, they suggest free and reliable mental health resources for the public and professionals to promote healthy individuals and communities.
McLean's team allows us to understand the issue and find our own ways to work them out. People are seldom inspired to change their social media habits just because they've been told it's harmful to them. Individuals should be aware of their limitations. Most social media users are unlikely to fully abandon their accounts. They may, however, keep track of their actions to understand how their usage affects them and how to respond as a consequence ( Jascqueline, 2022)

Hey! I find it very interesting how we keep coming back for social media even though it is bad for us. It is also shocking to see the number or people who use social media especially youths since they can get influenced the most and they can be influenced badly by social media, another thing that is interesting that you mentioned is the fact that most people do not leave their social media pages and i completely understand that. As a part of the population that uses social media on a daily basis i can definitely agree with everything that you have mentioned and i also believe that we should learn a healthier way to use social media!
